The West Seattle Food Bank Board of Directors and Staff would like to thank you for joining us at our 11th Annual Instruments of Change Dinner/Auction, Saturday evening, May 12th, at The Seattle Design Center.  It was such a fun evening spent with our neighbors includes a hosted happy hour, activities, raffles, cocktails made by Peel & Press and The Bridge and a silent auction.  Over 235 guests enjoyed a delicious dinner by Tuxedo & Tennis Shoes Catering, donated an overwhelming $14,000 on the dessert dash, listened to our Board President, Ben Viscon, remind us why we were there and why because of the increasing cost of living, those that we serve need our help more than ever.  Our 3rd annual Instrument of Change Award was presented to West Seattle Thriftway, who is an amazing partner of the West Seattle Food Bank.  With the frenzied bidding in the live auction and the incredibly generous donations to Funds for Food we were able to raise $162,350 for those in our community that need our help.
